The widespread adoption of GRI significantly supports ESRS readiness and facilitates the transition. - Double materiality widely adopted – but uneven in quality
Almost all companies conduct a double materiality assessment, yet methodological depth and transparency vary significantly. - Strong environmental reporting – gaps in strategic integration
Climate and emissions reporting are well established, but linking sustainability to business strategy and transformation pathways remains a key challenge. - From data to structure
Most companies already have a solid data foundation – the focus now shifts to structuring disclosures in line with ESRS requirements.

Swiss companies are generally well positioned – the next step is to systematically refine reporting structures and accelerate alignment with ESRS.
