  • Storytelling integrated into the explanation of strategy and results for 2017
  • Increased integration of sustainability topics in the annual report: value-generating elements from the sustainability report were integrated into the annual report and marked with GRI and UNGC icons
  • The publication concept includes the complete annual report (English) as well as a shortened "Highlights" version (English, German, French) with a focus on strategy and the central topics of the annual report

Overview of services provided

  • Advice on and drafting of a content plan as the first step towards Integrated Reporting in line with IIRC
  • Development of a new report structure – especially in the strategy and sustainability sections 
  • Graphic design concept (including diagrams, charts, tables, etc.), layout and typesetting, supervision of lithographic production and printing 
  • Consulting, project management and implementation using a content management system
